C.I.D. ACCREDITED PROGRAM
The C.I.D. Accredited program teaches certification of interior decorators and is related to the professional practice, training and testing in partnership with Certified Interior Decorators International (C.I.D.). This training is based on the principles and elements of interior design and decoration. The program includes the C.I.D. Entrance Exam and a one-year C.I.D. professional membership at no additional cost.
C.I.D. APPROVED PROGRAMS
Upon completion of a C.I.D. approved program, the graduate must then order the C.I.D. Study Guide and the C.I.D. Entrance Exam when applying for Professional Membership. Upon passing same, C.I.D. credentials will be issued which must be renewed annually to maintain certification. The Study Guide for the C.I.D. Entrance Exam contains copyrighted materials that may not be a part of any teaching program and must be administered by Certified Interior Decorators International exclusively. The original Entrance Exam is proctored and kept by Certified Interior Decorators International.

You can study for your certification through 
The Decorator Training Institute (DTI) program is the only program licensed by Certified Interior Decorators International (C.I.D.) to teach the principles of “certification”. This exclusive program includes the C.I.D. Entrance Exam as the final exam.
A full one-year professional membership in C.I.D. a ($295.00 value) is also included at no additional cost with this program.
The DTI program is the most informative and direct route to C.I.D. Certification.

(Graduates from an Approved school are required to provide proof of completion, purchase and take the C.I.D. Study Guide & Exam for C.I.D. Membership.).
